"We recently had a new oil heater, oil tank, air conditioner evaporator coil and house humidifier installed by Hager Inc. The quality of work and cleanliness was outstanding. The workers were very courteous and the lead technician did a great job of explaining the work process and details of all the equipment. A new wifi based thermostat was installed which is great as we can monitor and adjust our house temperature as we travel. A complete walk through of the whole system and thermostat was completed including a follow up visit by the company owner to review the work and verify our satisfaction. All manuals were neatly organized for future reference. All equipment was registered by Hager to enable warranty provisions.

From start to finish, it was painless because of the communication, efficiency and integrity of the team. After contacting Hager, Adam came to our first meeting on time !!!!! And proceed to clearly explain the Mitsubishi ductless system we had been considering . He assessed our home, which was built in 1900 with thick brick walls…. And his suggestions on placement of the units for efficiency and comfort were perfect for our lifestyle. Then the bid arrived , and I couldn’t believe my eyes… A detailed bid with all the specs, laid out detail by detail…. With full explanation and disclosure… When calling the office, Marilyn fully answered all of our questions promptly , completely satisfying any concerns that arose with the commitment of such a large and costly project.
 

Then we had the experience of the installation………….They arrived exactly at the agreed upon time, and meticulously installed a total of 7 units in our 3 story home. Matt, Mark and Adam’s presence during those 4 days of the installation gave us not a minute of concern… They were courteous and explained what would happen daily in detail. Our dog loves them! The result! Thrilled with their work and the product!… We only need to use the dehumidifier in the summer .. The temperature in the house was an even 72 degrees….. Amazing product. Can’t wait till winter to see how efficient the heating system works!

BTW, Adam was also helpful in helping us obtain the best warranty and rebates possible.

They did a nice job on installing the indoor units at the locations where they hung them utilizing the use of the closets to cut out the exposure for the lines. And in the room that they had to use duct it was minimal and neat with straight lines. On the outside I was surprised by how Mark ran those lines with the shortest runs and how nice it looked again all straight runs. The location of the outdoor units is exactly how I pictured it to look. You are lucky to have two good mechanic’s that take pride in their work and it shows, in this day and age that is a rarity.
